Who I Am
My Approach to Fitness
My passion for learning about the most efficient fitness methods and putting them into practice has been a big driver in my life. But I understand that not everyone shares the same excitement for working out that I have, nor do they enjoy digging into the details trying to figure out what does/doesn't work. So with my experience and knowledge, I am dedicated to helping others achieve their body composition goals, without having to pour the same amount of time and effort into just learning about it. My training approach is about focusing on the most effective ways to stimulate muscle growth in minimal time, customizing plans for each individual's needs, and tracking performance workout-to-workout to ensure progress is being made constantly.

My Life
I have been married to my beautiful wife, Kathleen, since July of 2024. We attend Life Church in Fort Smith together. We have been blessed with our soon-to-be firstborn child, a little girl, due late November this year! On my side of the family, I have 3 brothers and 4 nephews, so she is going to be raised around a lot of chaos, but a lot of love as well. Basketball has always been my favorite sport, though I don't keep up with it like I used to. I enjoy all the nerdy things that my generation was raised on; Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Video Games, etc. Despite this, I do try to spend a good amount of time outdoors, hiking, biking, kayaking, or walking our dog (Darcy!), because I know that nature is good for both body and soul. In our modern environment, we certainly don't get enough time in nature. Not sure why that matters? Ask me about it during a free fitness consultation!
